Check-ins open 30 minutes before the class starts, so clients should arrive on time to complete the process.

You can identify Wellhub bookings in several ways:
A Wellhub label appears next to the client's name in the Attendance list
The Schedule details page shows the Wellhub icon
In reports, the Source column will display “Wellhub”

If Fitune does not appear as an option in your Wellhub admin account when trying to connect the integration, it usually means your account is still connected to another software. It will look like the image bellow:
Wellhub only allows one software integration at a time.
To connect Fitune, you must first disconnect your previous software from your Wellhub admin portal.
Once the previous integration has been removed, Fitune will appear as an option and you will be able to complete the connection.

Yes. The booking windows configured in Fitune also apply to Wellhub bookings.
If bookings open or close at specific times in Fitune, Wellhub bookings will follow the same rules.

The Wellhub maximum spots define how many bookings can come from Wellhub.
Example:
Class capacity: 10
Wellhub maximum spots: 5
This means 5 bookings can come from Wellhub, and the remaining spots can be booked through Fitune.

Changes made to the class name or description in Fitune will not automatically update in Wellhub after syncing.
If you need to update this information, we recommend creating a new class with the updated details.
