Clients must be close to your studio in order to check in through the WellHub app. Check-ins open 30 minutes before the class starts, so make sure your clients are aware of this and have enough time to check in before the class begins.
🔵 Why can't I see the Wellhub settings when creating a new class?
If you are unable to see the WellHub settings when creating a new class, it is likely because you have not synced your classes with Wellhub. To do this, go to the Wellhub integrations page and click on "Sync classes." Make sure to check the new class you have created and save your changes.
🔵 Can I have the same cancellation period in WellHub that I have in Fitune?
Yes, you can have the same cancellation policy for Wellhub bookings as you have for Fitune bookings. This policy can be configured in your Class settings under the Cancellation policy. As long as you have your policy configured in Fitune, no changes are needed on your end.
🔵 What do the Wellhub maximum spots mean?
The Wellhub maximum spots refer to the number of bookings you are allowing to come from Wellhub for a specific class.
For example, if you have a class with 10 spots and you set the Wellhub maximum spots to 5, this means that 5 of the 10 spots can be booked through WellHub.
🔵 What can I do with Wellhub bookings?
With WellHub bookings, you have the ability to cancel the booking if needed.
🔵 What can't I do with Wellhub bookings?
There are a few things you cannot do with Wellhub bookings:
You cannot check-in or reschedule for your Wellhub booked clients.
These actions must be done through the Wellhub app by the clients themselves.
🔵 How can I identify bookings made through Wellhub?
Schedules displayed on Wellhub include a label with the Wellhub icon on the 'Schedule Details' page.
Clients who book through the Wellhub app will have a Wellhub label next to their name in the Attendance table.
Your class bookings report will show 'Wellhub' in the 'Source' column for any booking made through the Wellhub app.
🔵 Can I set up appointments with Wellhub?
Only group classes and events can be configured to display on Wellhub; appointments cannot be set up.
🔵 Can I set up online locations with Wellhub?
Only in-person locations can be configured to display on Wellhub. In the future, Wellhub will also support virtual locations.
