1- Ask Mindbody for your data.

Fill out the MBO request form here. Please specify the date you’d like to receive the export—the day before our planned go-live date.
Copy to include: I’d like to request my data to be exported on (day before your scheduled migration date). I’d like to request my credit card data to be exported along with my data. I’d also like to cancel my Mindbody account starting on my next billing cycle of (your billing cycle end date at least 2 weeks after migration). Please let me know the next steps.
NOTE: Best practice is to email Mindbody DAILY until you hear back about the export. If you have a direct contact at Mindbody, reach out to them directly.
2- Once Mindbody responds, reply the following:
They will confirm the cancellation and data export details with these questions:
On what date would you like your data delivered?
Please select a date between M-F, at least 7 business days from today
choose a day that is before your scheduled migration date
Are you requesting your encrypted credit card data? All exported credit card data must be encrypted. To facilitate this, please provide the name of your new merchant processor, along with a copy of their PGP key.

Due to the increased security risk associated with generating and providing you with raw client data, an additional form of identity verification is required.
