How to Use Filters to Share Tailored Schedule Links

Create and share tailored links that help your clients find what they love and book effortlessly. You can share these links via email, social media, or your website. 

How to create and share a filtered link

 

  1. Go to the website tab you want to apply filters on.
    You can do this on Schedules, Events, Appointments, and Videos tabs.
  2. Apply the filters you need to share.
    You can customize the link using these filters:
    • Trainers — filter by a specific trainer to highlight their schedule.
    • Venues — select a specific location (e.g., "Condesa Studio").
    • Classes, services, or categories — choose a type like Boxing, Yoga, or CrossFit.
    • Location type — in person or online.
  3. Copy the link.
    Once the filters are applied, copy the generated link.
  4. Share the link.
    Paste it wherever you want: in buttons on your website, via email, or across social media like Instagram or WhatsApp.
