How to Re-invite a Client

If a client didn't receive their welcome email or needs you to resend their account access, you can do it in just a few steps from their profile.

  1. Go to Contacts.
  2. Search and open the client's profile.
  3. Click the three dots below the client's name.
  4. Select Re-send invitation.

The client will receive a new email with access to their account.

Note: if the client can't find the email, ask them to check their spam or promotions folder.
