If a client has an active pack and you wish to add or remove tickets from that pack, follow these steps:

1. Click on Clients and then on the edit button next to the client you want to edit.

2. Click on the Plans tab.

3. Find the pack you want to edit, click the 3 dots and then Edit tickets.

4. Use the arrows to add or remove tickets and then click Save.
