How to Edit a Booking
If you need to change the date or time of an existing booking, you can edit it directly without cancelling and creating a new one, as long as it's within the same activity.
- Click on Calendar and select the class your client is currently booked in.
- Scroll down to the Booked section. Find the client you want to edit and click on the 3 dots on the right, then on Booking details.
- In the pop-up window, go to the Date and time section, choose the new schedule, and click Save.
The booking will be updated and your client will be notified by email.
