How to Edit a Booking 

If you need to change the date or time of an existing booking, you can edit it directly without cancelling and creating a new one, as long as it's within the same activity.

 

  1. Click on Calendar and select the class your client is currently booked in.
  2. Scroll down to the Booked section. Find the client you want to edit and click on the 3 dots on the right, then on Booking details.
  3. In the pop-up window, go to the Date and time section, choose the new schedule, and click Save.

The booking will be updated and your client will be notified by email.
