How to refund a client

You have 2 ways to refund a client:

Option 1:

  1. Go to Contacts and look for the client profile

  2. Click on the Invoices tab

  3. Click on the invoice number

  4. You will be able to see the details of the purchase. Click on the “Actions” button located in the upper right-hand corner of the invoice, and then select “Refund.”

  5. Keep in mind refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on a client's statement.

Option 2:

1. Go to Sales and then Invoices.

2. Search the name of the client you want to refund and click on the invoice number.

3. You will be able to see the details of the purchase. Click on the “Actions” button located in the upper right-hand corner of the invoice, and then select “Refund.”

4. Keep in mind refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on a client's statement.
