πŸŽ₯ Integrating Your Online Activities with Zoom

Connect Zoom with Fitune to automatically create and manage your virtual classes directly from your schedule.

Written by Fitune Team

βš™οΈ How the Zoom Integration Works

With the Zoom integration, you can automatically create and manage Zoom meetings directly from your Fitune Schedule, allowing you to manage your online classes in one place.

You can also configure meeting settings such as:

  • Auto-mute participants on entry

  • Enable Join before host

  • Enable a waiting room

  • Automatically record the session

πŸ‘‰ Clients who register for the class will receive the Zoom link and joining instructions by email 20 minutes before the class starts.

πŸ‘‰They can also find the link in the My Bookings section of their Fitune account.

πŸ“‹ What You Need to Integrate with Zoom

Before integrating Zoom, you need:

  • A Zoom account (Basic, Pro, or Business)

  • A Fitune account

Most businesses will be well served by the Zoom Pro plan.

⚠️ Note: Zoom only allows one meeting per host at a time.

If multiple instructors run classes simultaneously, each instructor will need their own Zoom account.

βš™οΈ Setting Up the Zoom Integration

  1. Go to Admin Account β†’ Settings β†’ Integrations

  2. Click Connect Zoom Account

  3. Enter your Zoom credentials

  4. You will be redirected back to Fitune where the integration will appear as connected.

πŸ‘‰ Once connected, you can start adding Zoom meetings to your activities.
