How the Zoom integration works
With the Zoom integration, you can automatically create and manage Zoom meetings directly from your Fitune Schedule, allowing you to manage your online classes in one place. You can also configure meeting settings such as:
- Auto-mute participants on entry
- Enable Join before host
- Enable a waiting room
- Automatically record the session
Clients who register for the class will receive the Zoom link and joining instructions by email 20 minutes before the class starts. They can also find the link in the My Bookings section of their Fitune account.
What you need before connecting
- A Zoom account (Basic, Pro, or Business). Most businesses will be well served by the Zoom Pro plan.
- A Fitune account.
Important note: Zoom only allows one meeting per host at a time. If multiple instructors run classes simultaneously, each instructor will need their own Zoom account.
How to connect Zoom
- Go to Admin Account → Settings → Integrations.
- Click Connect Zoom Account.
- Enter your Zoom credentials.
- You will be redirected back to Fitune where the integration will appear as connected.
Once connected, you can start adding Zoom meetings to your activities.
How to add Zoom meetings to your classes
- Go to Schedule → Activities Overview.
- Open the activity you want to stream.
- In the options dropdown, click Turn into a Zoom livestream.
This will automatically create a Zoom meeting for that activity.
How to disconnect Zoom
If you need to disconnect the integration, the process is done from your Zoom account:
- Log in to your Zoom account.
- Go to the Zoom App Marketplace.
- Click Manage → Installed Apps.
- Find the Fitune app.
- Click Uninstall.
