💳 How to Cancel Your Client’s Plan

Cancel a client’s membership or plan and choose whether it ends immediately or at the end of the billing cycle.

⚙️ Steps

  1. Go to Clients

  2. Find the client and open their profile

  3. Go to the Plans tab

  4. Click the ⋯ (three dots) next to the plan

  5. Click Cancel

  6. Choose:

    • Cancel now, or

    • Cancel at the end of the billing cycle

  7. Confirm the cancellation

👉 The client will receive an email notification once the plan is cancelled

❓ Note

  • Canceling at the end of the billing cycle is not available for one-time plans

  • You can choose whether to refund the last payment or not
