How to Cancel Your Client's Plan
Cancel a client's membership or plan from their profile. You can choose whether the cancellation takes effect immediately or at the end of the billing cycle, and decide whether to issue a refund.
- Go to Clients.
- Find and open the client's profile.
- Go to the Plans tab.
- Click the three dots next to the plan.
- Click Cancel.
- Choose one of the following:
- Cancel now
- Cancel at the end of the billing cycle
- Confirm the cancellation.
The client will receive an email notification once the plan is cancelled.
