⚙️ Steps
Go to Clients
Find the client and open their profile
Go to the Plans tab
Click the ⋯ (three dots) next to the plan
Click Cancel
Choose:
Cancel now, or
Cancel at the end of the billing cycle
Confirm the cancellation
👉 The client will receive an email notification once the plan is cancelled
❓ Note
Canceling at the end of the billing cycle is not available for one-time plans
You can choose whether to refund the last payment or not
