How to Cancel Your Client's Plan

Cancel a client's membership or plan from their profile. You can choose whether the cancellation takes effect immediately or at the end of the billing cycle, and decide whether to issue a refund.

 

  1. Go to Clients.
  2. Find and open the client's profile.
  3. Go to the Plans tab.
  4. Click the three dots next to the plan.
  5. Click Cancel.
  6. Choose one of the following:
    • Cancel now
    • Cancel at the end of the billing cycle
  7. Confirm the cancellation.

The client will receive an email notification once the plan is cancelled.

Can I issue a refund when cancelling? Yes. When cancelling you have the option to refund or keep the last payment made.
