If you want to embed your Fitune widget on your WordPress website, this is how you do it:

1. Frist of all, you have to install the iframe plugin. This plugin is needed in order to show your Fitune schedule. Open your WordPress admin console, and click on the Plugins link on the left side. Search for iframe.

2. Click on Install now and then activate it. You may also be asked to empty the page cache, if that's the case, you will see a button to do so.

3. Add the widget code, you can find it by clicking on Embed to website, in the Embed links section. Copy it and paste it on the page that you want. You can also customize the widget appearance.

4. Change the <> symbols to [] around the code to make sure it works properly.
