Import your clients and create their profiles
Usually, the hardest part is for your clients to adapt to a new booking system, thankfully Fitune is very intuitive. Your current members don't even have to create a new account by themselves, you can help them with our Invite members and assign membership features.
For this, simply add all your current clients to a CSV file (you can download our template from the Clients section), with their names and emails. Their profiles will be automatically created and they will receive their respective users and passwords via email, if you want to learn more about this feature, you can read this article.
Assign memberships to those who already had one
Once you have set up the memberships you want to offer, go to the Clients sections, where the newly added profiles will be, and there you can assign any of your available memberships to them so the transition can be easier.
