By invitation:
If you've been invited by the provider, find the email in your inbox. If it's not there, check your spam folder.
2. Click on the link in the email, it will take you to the provider's storefront. Now click on the Sign in button at the top right corner.
3. On the Sign in section, enter the credentials you received in the email and click Continue.
Regular Sign up:
Go to the storefront of the provider that you want to join and click on the Sign In button at the top right corner.
Click on the Sign Up tab.
You can create an account using your existing Google or Facebook account.
Otherwise, enter your full name, email and password. Then click on Complete and your account will be created. Next time you want to log in, make sure you use the Sign in tab instead of the Sign up.
