What to email your clients when you launch!

Three Templates to Send to Clients when launching based on the type of transfer:

  1. Transfer clients with Card info (Stripe IDs)

  2. Transfer without Card info (transferring packages and subscriptions, but no Stripe IDs)

  3. NEW client without an account (not an active customer on the transfer list, but you still want to notify them about your launch)


1 Transition with Card info Transfer (Stripe IDs)

Hey friends!

I'm transitioning to a new software to improve the booking & on-demand video experience on my website. If you currently have active packs or memberships, they have been migrated over to our new software ✌️

In order to get access to your account, you'll need to do the following:

  1. Reset your password using your email here:

    • Go to <insert your website URL here>

    • Click Sign in and then "reset password"
      (hint: use the email that you’re using to open this message)

  2. Proceed to book a class using your email and new password.

All of your payment information has also been seamlessly moved over so there's nothing else you'll need to do on your end!

2 Transition without Credit Card Transfer (No Stripe IDs)

Hey friends!

I'm transitioning to a new software to improve the booking & on-demand video experience on my website. If you currently have active packages + memberships, they have been migrated over to our new software.

In order to get access to your account, you'll need to do the following:

  1. Reset your password using your email here:

    • Go to <insert your website URL here>

    • Click Sign in and then "reset password"
      (hint: use the email that you’re using to open this message)

  2. Proceed to book a class using your email and new password.

Note: If you are on membership, it will expire on your next renewal date so you will need to update your credit card accordingly.

3 NEW Client - no current account
