How to Edit a Client's Pack: Expiration Date and Credits

Adjust the expiration date or credit balance of an active pack directly from the client's profile. Keep in mind that one-time payment packs can auto-expire before the scheduled date.

How to edit the expiration date

  1. Go to Clients and find the client you want to edit.
  2. Click on the pencil icon next to their name.
  3. Go to the Plans tab.
  4. Find the pack you want to edit and click on the 3 dots next to it.
  5. Select Edit expiration date, choose a new date, and click Save.

Note: for one-time payment packs, the Expires field on the pack card now shows "After usage or on {scheduled-expiration-date}". This means the pack will expire either when all credits are used and all bookings have attendance finalized, or when the scheduled date is reached — whichever comes first.

Important: if a pack has already auto-expired, the Edit expiration date and Edit credits options will no longer be available.

How to edit credits

  1. In the same Plans tab on the client's profile, locate the active pack.
  2. Click the 3 dots next to the pack's name.
  3. Select Edit credits.
  4. Use the arrows or manually enter the number of credits to add or remove.
  5. Click Save.

You can also use Remove tickets to set the pack to 0 available credits.

Important: credits can only be edited while the pack is active. Once a one-time payment pack auto-expires — meaning all credits were used and all bookings were attendance-finalized — credits can no longer be added, removed, or refunded. If you need to make changes, do so before the auto-expiration conditions are met.
