What Notifications Do I Get as an Admin?
Manage the email notifications Fitune sends you when your clients take actions on your platform.
Fitune sends you 5 email notifications by default when your clients perform specific actions. These are known as Admin notifications.
- Successful sale — when a client purchases a one-time payment pack or completes a PAYGO purchase.
- Successful booking — when a client books one of your activity schedules.
- Canceled subscription — when a client cancels their membership or pack subscription.
- New client — when someone new signs up from your website.
- New subscription — when one of your clients purchases a new subscription.
To enable or disable any of these notifications, go to Settings → Admin notifications and toggle each one on or off.
