How do I know which clients currently have my plans?

See a list of the active clients for each of your pricing options.

To find out which clients actively have each of your plans:

  1. Go to Memberships page from the sidebar.

  2. Click on the Memberships or Packs tab depending on which plan you want to see.

  3. A list of clients will be displayed.

  4. Under the Active Clients column, you will see how many clients are active.
