Appointments are services you can offer at your available times. By using this feature, you can let your clients book 1 on 1 sessions with you and eliminate the back-and-forth messages for finding the perfect time.

Under appointments, you will find two different things: reservations and services.

Reservations allow you to book a client to one of your existing services and even create a service on the spot. You can also select the staff person in charge of the appointment, the time, and the date.

Services are just as it sounds. You can create a service, in person or online, as well as select the venue type and location. And of course, don't forget about the pricing! You can add the price for your specific service or just give it for free.

Under services, you can also manage the staff you have available for the services as well as their availability.

💪🏻 Appointments in action

Talk about efficiency! You don't have to spend most of your time handling phone calls, explaining different services to clients, or managing the appointment scheduler.

Fitune will bring down the time taken in this process as it will help you minimize any human error such as overlapping schedules or incorrect scheduling dates and times.

Online appointment scheduling reduces clients' bad experiences and motivates them to book appointments for your business with just a few clicks. Clients can book appointments themselves at any time at their convenience, even after business hours.

Along with that, it will save them time. And who knows, it can result in attracting more people to your business because you have a nice website and booking system.

Not to mention that you can charge beforehand for the appointments. This will give clients a sense of commitment to their booked appointments, and they will for sure show up on time.

🤩 How to make the most out of Appointments?

  1. Group Fitness Class Appointment: A client can sign up for a group fitness class, such as yoga or spinning, at a specific date and time.

  2. Open Gym Appointment: A client can schedule a time slot to use the gym's equipment or a spot at your studio without the help of a personal trainer. This allows the client to work out on their own schedule and avoid crowds.

  3. Personal Training Session Appointment: If a client wants to receive your undivided attention and needs guidance through a specific routine, then you can help them schedule a personal appointment. The trainer can use this time to assess the client's fitness level, set goals, and create a personalized workout plan.
