How to Change or Cancel your Fitune Plan
Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan in a few steps
Steps
- Go to Settings.
- Then select Plans and Billing.
- Manage > Upgrade Plan.
- Select the cycle and plan you prefer.
Important: for cancellation requests, choose to update your plan to the Free Forever plan. The system will ask you to fill out a form, and the update to the free plan will be reflected within 24 hours.
It is not necessary to send multiple requests. Once updated, you will not receive any further charges from our end.
