🧐 What is the Booking Window and why it matters?
You can define:
Booking Opening: How far in advance can clients start booking?
Booking Closing: How long before the class should booking stop?
This gives you:
More control over your schedule.
The ability to avoid overly early or last-minute bookings.
Time to promote your classes right before they open.
🔹 Step-by-Step Guide
1️⃣ Access your class schedule
You can do this when creating a new class or editing an existing one.
To edit an existing class:
Go to your Calendar.
Click the class you want to edit.
Click the three dots (⋮) at the top right.
Select Edit schedule.
2️⃣ Go to the Booking Window section.
3️⃣ Set the Booking Opening
Choose whether clients can book:
As soon as the class is visible.
Only a certain number of days or hours before it starts.
🧩 Example: “4 days before the class starts”.
4️⃣ Set the Booking Closing
Define how many hours before the class booking should stop.
🧩 Example: “2 hours before class starts”.
🤚🏻 Important: Booking opening must always be earlier than closing, otherwise the class won’t be bookable.
5️⃣ Save your changes
You can apply this setting to just one class or all future classes in the same schedule.
⚠️ Important Notes
If clients try to book before the booking window opens, they’ll see a message with the exact time it will be available.
On Wellhub, the booking window is correctly applied: clients can only book within the defined range.
On TotalPass, the booking window does not limit visibility or booking — classes remain available as long as there’s space.
