How to Email Your Clients to Download the Mobile App

Let your clients know how to download your app through an automatic email or a mass email campaign.

Option 1 — Add the link to your automatic emails

  1. Go to Marketing → Email Templates.
  2. Open the template you want to edit — we recommend the Welcome User or Client Invitation emails.
  3. Using the hyperlink icon, add the link to this article: How to install the mobile app?
  4. Save your changes.

This way, every time Fitune sends that email automatically, your clients will receive the instructions to download the app.

Important: do not edit or delete the information inside brackets — it is filled in automatically by the system.

Option 2 — Send a mass email to all your clients

  1. Go to Contacts.
  2. Click on Email Contacts.
  3. Make sure the filter is set to All.
  4. Write your message and add the link to this article: How to install the mobile app? using the hyperlink icon.
  5. Click Send.
