๐Ÿ•˜ Onboarding Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST

๐Ÿ“ฉ Our onboarding team will contact you via email and WhatsApp to guide you throughout the process.

๐Ÿ“ž What is the onboarding call?

The onboarding call is a 30-minute video call with our team where we can help answer any questions or concerns related to your platform setup.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป We recommend preparing your questions in advance to make the most out of your session.

๐Ÿ”„ What if I canโ€™t attend the call?

No worries! We understand that unexpected situations can come up.

If you need to reschedule your call, you can easily do so from the confirmation email you received when booking it.

You can also reply directly to that same email, and one of our representatives will help you find a new time slot ๐Ÿ“ฉ

๐Ÿš€ Onboarding Process by Plan

Each Fitune plan includes different onboarding sessions designed to support you throughout your setup, launch, and post-launch experience.

Fitune Free Forever Plan

The Free plan does not include onboarding calls.

However, you can always contact our team through email support for any questions related to your setup.

Fitune Pro Plan

The Pro plan includes 2 onboarding calls to support you during your setup and launch preparation.

1st Call

๐Ÿ“… Recommended 1โ€“2 days after selecting your plan.

During this session, we will review:

  • Overall setup progress

  • Initial setup checklist

  • Questions related to your website or app

2nd Call

๐Ÿ“… Recommended before your launch.

During this session, we will review:

  • Final setup details

  • Pre-launch questions and troubleshooting

  • Launch recommendations

Fitune Plus Plan

The Plus plan includes 3 onboarding calls to support you before, during, and after your launch.

1st Call

Includes:

  • Setup and progress review

  • Setup checklist

  • Contact migration scheduling (if applicable)

2nd Call

๐Ÿ“… Before launch.

Includes:

  • Final setup review

  • Contact migration confirmation

  • Questions and troubleshooting

  • Launch recommendations

3rd Call

Includes:

  • Post-launch follow-up

  • General questions and support

  • Platform experience review

Fitune Ultra Plan

The Ultra plan includes 5 onboarding calls and premium support with a Fitune Coach who will guide you throughout your setup and launch process.

Plan Selection Day

Once your plan has been selected:

  • We will review your registration email

  • Our onboarding team will contact you

  • You will receive the information needed to begin your setup and schedule your first call

1st Call
