How to Change the Billing Cycle of Your Clients

Update the renewal date or billing cycle for a client's membership directly from their profile in Fitune. 

  1. Go to Clients.
  2. Open the client's profile.
  3. Go to the client's membership or subscription.
  4. Update the billing cycle as needed.

The new billing cycle will apply based on your changes.

 

Important: changes to the billing cycle may affect the client's next payment date or billing amount depending on the plan setup.
