Integrate 1Fit with Fitune

Sync your classes and reach more clients through their membership

Before you start, you'll need a partner account with 1Fit. If you don't have one yet, request it here first. If you already have one, follow the steps below.

Available on all plans: Free Forever, Pro, Plus, and Ultra.

Step 1 - Connect Fitune with 1Fit

  1. Log in to your Fitune account.
  2. Go to "Settings" (bottom left corner).
  3. Select "Integrations" and find 1Fit.
  4. Click on "Connect" and enable the integration.
  5. You will receive two codes: Partner ID and Venue ID.
  6. In a new tab, log in to the 1Fit partners' app.
  7. Go to "Integration" in the left menu.
  8. Enter the following details:
    • Partner ID (copied from Fitune).
    • Venue ID (copied from Fitune).
  9. If you have multiple locations, repeat the process using the same Partner ID, entering the Venue ID for each corresponding location in 1Fit.

🎉 Done! 1Fit is now connected to your Fitune account. 🚀

Important: the integration must be approved by 1Fit, so you'll see the status "At moderation" in the meantime (this is normal). The approval process may take 1-2 business days, and during that time, any changes you make in Fitune will not sync. Once 1Fit approves it, the status will change to "Active" on their integration page.

Step 2 - Sync Your Existing Schedules with 1Fit

Note: once 1Fit has approved your integration, wait 7 business days in your Fitune calendar before syncing your classes.

  1. Open your Fitune Calendar and select the schedule you want to connect with 1Fit.
  2. Edit the schedule and scroll down to the "1Fit Settings" section.
  3. Enable the integration and set the maximum capacity for 1Fit.
    • Example: if the class has a total capacity of 20 spots, you can set a limit of 10 for 1Fit reservations.
  4. Save your changes and choose "Only this time" (one-time class) or "This and future times" (recurring class).
  5. Check that the 1Fit icon appears in the Schedule Details of the class you just edited.
  6. Repeat the process for all schedules you want to display on 1Fit.

🚀 Your classes and bookings should be synchronized with 1Fit so you can keep reaching more clients.

Step 3 - Sync Your New Schedules with 1Fit

Note: for newly created schedules in Fitune, there's no need to wait 7 days — they're automatically synced between both platforms.

  1. Open your Fitune Calendar and create a new schedule you want to display on 1Fit.
  2. Fill in all the schedule details and, in the "1Fit Settings" section, enable the integration and set the maximum capacity for 1Fit.
  3. Save your changes.
  4. Check that the 1Fit icon appears in the Schedule overview of the class you just created.
  5. Repeat the process for all new schedules you want to display on 1Fit.

Availability

  • 1Fit is only available for studios in Mexico City, Guadalajara, and Querétaro (they are expanding to more locations soon).

Policies and Booking Management

  • Cancellation and no-show policies set in Fitune do not apply to 1Fit bookings.
  • Fitune's confirmation and cancellation emails are not sent to 1Fit clients — 1Fit notifies them via push notifications in their app.
  • You cannot cancel, reschedule, or check in a client who booked through 1Fit.

1Fit and Fitune Complement Each Other

1Fit is not a competitor to Fitune — it complements it. 🤝 With this integration, you eliminate the manual work of creating schedules in 1Fit, tracking bookings, monitoring overbookings, and checking attendance. Everything syncs automatically in Fitune, saving you time and simplifying studio management.
