🔹 Steps to Add Your Terms and Conditions

  1. Log in to your Fitune admin account.

  2. Go to the sidebar and click on Settings ⚙️

  3. Select General Settings.

  4. Then go to Account Settings.

  5. You’ll see a section called Terms and Conditions.

  6. Here, you can upload a file containing the Terms and Conditions information.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Make sure your document is clear, up to date, and written in the language your clients use.

  • You can edit or update it anytime, but we recommend keeping a consistent version to avoid confusion.

❓ FAQs

Do clients have to accept the Terms and Conditions every time they purchase?
No. In fact, Terms and Conditions are not currently a required step during the sign-up or purchase process on Fitune.

If you’ve added your Terms and Conditions to your account, clients will simply see a link labeled “Terms and Conditions” when creating their account or making a purchase but they are not required to explicitly accept them (e.g., there’s no checkbox they must tick).

If you need clients to formally agree to specific conditions, that’s what the Liability Waiver feature is for ✅With it, you can require clients to accept a waiver before booking any class.

So, if formal acceptance is important for your studio, we recommend setting up a Liability Waiver in addition to uploading your Terms and Conditions.

Can I upload Terms and Conditions in more than one language?
Currently, you can only upload or enter one version, so we recommend using the language most common among your clients.

✅ Done! Your Terms and Conditions are now integrated with your Fitune account
