How to add a liability waiver

1. Click on Settings and then General settings.

2. Click on Account settings.

3. Scroll down to the Liability Waiver and switch it on.

4. Once is on, you can start modifying the text.

5. If you already have one on PDF or Doc, you can upload it.

5. When you're done, scroll down and click Save.

Now users joining a class for the first time will see this before confirming their booking or purchase.

To confirm whether a client has signed the liability waiver, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Contacts Panel

    • Navigate to the "Contacts" section in your admin dashboard

    • Locate and select the client you want to verify

  2. Review the Contact Summary

    • Once inside the client’s profile, go to the "Contact Summary" section

    • Check the "Summary" panel in the main view

  3. Verify the Waiver Status

    • Look for the "Liability Waiver" field

    • The system will display one of two statuses:

      • ✅ "Signed" – The client has completed and signed the waiver

      • ❌ "Not Signed" – The client has not yet signed the waiver
