Setting Your Client’s Birthdate

This article explains how to set or update a client’s birthdate in Fitune. Once a birthdate is added, a 🎂 cake icon will appear next to the client’s name, helping you quickly identify birthdays across your studio.

⚙️ Step-by-Step

  1. Go to the client’s profile (Admin or Web App).

  2. Open the Birthday / Date of Birth field.

  3. Use the new date selector:

    • English: Month → Day → Year

  4. Select the correct values for month, day, and year.

  5. Save the changes.

The system will automatically validate the date to ensure it is correct before saving.

🎂 Where will you see it

Once saved, a 🎂 icon will appear next to the client’s name in:

  • Client profile

  • Rosters

  • Schedule overview

  • Always use accurate birthdate information.

  • The system prevents invalid dates (e.g., February 30).

  • Make sure to click Update General Details to save changes.
