Yes, all reports can be exported in Excel or CSV format to analyze them outside the platform.
4. What should I do if I detect an error in a report?
If you notice inconsistencies in the data (for example, missing payments or incorrect appointments), first verify that the information on the platform is correct. If the issue persists, contact Fitune support for assistance.
5. In the “monthly sales” report, do refunds and discounts appear automatically?
When you process a refund, it is reflected in the “Refund” column for the corresponding day. Discounts are shown separately but are already subtracted from your “Earnings” figure.
