If you were handling your business manually, here is how you can transfer your clients to your new Fitune platform and activate their plans.
First make sure to create a profile for your client'sclients, check: Contacts: Add new clients
1. Click on Contacts.
2. Choose My Contacts
3. Find the client you want to assign the plan to and click on it so you can be redirected to the client's profile
4. Click on Memberships
5. Click on +New
6. Look for the plan you want to add and click on Choose Plan
7. Select the payment method they used to pay the plan and click on Complete
8. Click on the 3 little dots to edit the current active plan expiration or renewal date
8. Done! Your client can start using their active plan ⚡
🔹 OPTION 3:
"I WANT TO START FROM SCRATCH SO MY CLIENTS JUST VISIT MY WEBSITE AND PURCHASE THEIR PLANS"
Click in the top left corner on Share
In the share link section choose copy
And share it!
Clients can go to the Sign In and create their own account and start making their purchases and bookings!
