🧐 What is the Class Booking Limit feature, and how does it benefit you?
This feature allows you to define how many classes each client can book per day, week, and/or month within their unlimited memberships or class packages.
By adding these customizable limits, you can prevent excessive bookings, free up spots for clients who truly plan to attend, and optimise class attendance.
Main Benefits:
🎉Full control & fewer unnecessary cancellations
Set limits by day, week, or month. Use just one, two, or all three, depending on your studio’s rules. You decide the level of control. With clear limits, you protect your studio and reduce last-minute cancellations.
💸Increase your revenue by freeing up real spots
When compulsive bookers stop blocking spots, more real customers can book and attend. This improves attendance distribution and can increase your revenue.
⚡Automatic blocking & full transparency for clients
When buying a membership or pack, clients will see exactly how many classes they can book. And once they reach their limit, Fitune will block new bookings and show them when they’ll be able to book again.
🦸🏻Your staff gets superpowers
If your team needs to make an exception, they can override the limit from the Admin. Fitune will alert them when the client has reached their limit, and they’ll have to confirm the override. Fitune will record who on your team approved it and when, keeping everything clear and transparent.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
1. What happens when a client reaches their limit?
Fitune will block new bookings and let them know when they can book again.
2. Can I use only one type of limit (e.g., only weekly limits)?
You can use one, two, or all three types of limits.
3. Who is affected by these limits?
Only clients with the memberships or packages which you set up these limits.
4. If I edit the Class Booking Limit in a membership or package, does it affect clients who already have that plan, or only new clients who purchase it afterwards?
Changes apply immediately to all clients, including those who already have the plan or package. The booking limits take effect for everyone as soon as the changes are saved.
Example: If you previously had no booking limits set up, and a client made 2 bookings in a single day, and then you set a limit of 1 booking per day, for example, the client will no longer be able to make a third booking that day because they have already reached the new daily limit.
The limit resets at 11:59 PM on the day. In other words, if there is a booking limit of 1 per day and I already booked today, I will be able to book again tomorrow, starting at 12:00 AM.
5. Do these limitations apply to events and appointments?
No, they only apply to group classes.
