Fitune automatically sends emails to your clients when specific events take place (order confirmations, adding/inviting a customer, overdue notices, payment failed, etc.). You can customize those emails or disable them under Marketing > Email Templates.

Specific variables are included in each email template - these variables need to be listed correctly for the data to populate. See this list for all variables you can use.

Navigate to the email you want to customize under Marketing > Email Templates and click the Edit button.

Now before you make any changes, just be aware that some of the emails won't make sense without certain variables in the email body. For example, if it's an order confirmation, you probably don't want to delete the ##{{order.total}} variable or the whole point of the confirmation email is lost.

Feel free to change the tone of the emails but be careful about removing variables.
