How to Cancel a Client's Booking
If a client can no longer attend a class, you can cancel their booking directly from the admin calendar.
- Go to Calendar.
- Select the class where the client is booked.
- Find the client in the Attendees section.
- Click the options (⋯) next to their name.
- Select Cancel booking.
- Choose whether you want to return the credits to the client or not.
- Confirm the cancellation.
The client will be removed from the class attendee list.
Note: if there is a waiting list, the next client in line may automatically be moved into the class.
