How to Cancel a Client's Booking

If a client can no longer attend a class, you can cancel their booking directly from the admin calendar. 

  1. Go to Calendar.
  2. Select the class where the client is booked.
  3. Find the client in the Attendees section.
  4. Click the options (⋯) next to their name.
  5. Select Cancel booking.
  6. Choose whether you want to return the credits to the client or not.
  7. Confirm the cancellation.

The client will be removed from the class attendee list.

Note: if there is a waiting list, the next client in line may automatically be moved into the class.
