Complete Guide to 1-on-1 Appointments Service in Fitune 

1-on-1 appointments in Fitune let you offer personalized sessions with your clients — either online or in person — with fully automated management. You can set your availability, define pricing, allow clients to book directly from your website or app, and get real-time notifications. 

How to create a 1-on-1 appointment service

  1. Go to Products and click on 1-on-1 Appointments.
  2. Create a category if you want to organize your services. For example: "Consultations" or "Private Classes."
  3. Click Add new service under the category and give it a name.
  4. Write a description, upload an image, and choose whether the service will be online or in person.
  5. Set the session duration and the time between sessions (start time increment).
  6. Set a one-time price or link it to specific packs or memberships.
  7. Set the booking window — how far in advance clients must book before the session.
  8. Assign one or more staff members. Clients will only see availability based on the assigned staff.
  9. Click Save to publish the service.

 

Important note: before creating your 1-on-1 appointments, make sure you have configured your staff availability.

How to edit existing appointment services and manage membership access

To edit an existing service:

  1. Go to Products and click on 1-on-1 Appointments.
  2. Find the service you want to update, click the three dots on the right, and select Edit.
  3. Update the necessary information: name, duration, price, availability, and more.
  4. Save your changes.

To adjust access from other memberships:

  1. Go to Memberships from your Fitune dashboard.
  2. Click on the membership you want to edit.
  3. Scroll down to the Access section and check or uncheck the packs or memberships that should have access to this appointment.
  4. Save your changes.

How to Create an Appointment from the Calendar

Once your 1-on-1 appointment service is configured, you can schedule an appointment for a specific client directly from the calendar.

 


How to Reschedule an Appointment

If you need to change the date or time of an existing appointment, you can do it directly from the calendar.

 


How to Cancel an Appointment

  1. Go to Calendar.
  2. Click on the appointment you want to cancel.
  3. Click on the 3 dots next to the client name and choose Cancel Appointment or Cancel Recurring.

Important: Cancel Recurring will cancel the selected appointment and all future bookings in the series.

Can I edit a 1-on-1 appointment service after creating it? Yes. Go to Products → 1-on-1 Appointments, click the three dots next to the service, and select Edit.

How do I change which memberships can book a specific appointment? Go to Memberships, select the one you want to edit, and adjust the Access section to check or uncheck the packs with permission.

What happens if a client doesn't have access to a pack but the appointment has a one-time price? If the appointment has a one-time price set, the client can still book and pay even without access to any membership or pack.

Can I assign multiple staff members to a 1-on-1 appointment service? Yes. You can assign one or more staff members and the availability shown will depend on each staff member's schedule.

Where can I change the duration and price of a 1-on-1 appointment? In the service editing screen under Products → 1-on-1 Appointments.

Can I limit how many 1-on-1 appointments a client can book? Currently, Fitune does not allow automatic limits on the number of 1-on-1 appointments per client. This should be managed manually.

What happens if I want to change the availability of a staff member assigned to an appointment? You need to edit the staff member's availability in their profile or the availability section to match the times you want to offer.

How do I edit the date and time of a scheduled appointment? From the calendar, click on the appointment you want to modify. In the side panel, locate the relevant contact and click Edit. You can update the assigned staff member, date, and time. Click Save to confirm.

Can I offer 1-on-1 appointments both online and in person? Yes. When creating or editing a service, you can choose whether it will be in-person or online.

How do the time increments between appointments work? The increment sets the buffer time between appointments to prevent overlaps or idle gaps.
