Setting up your 1 on 1 appointments

For any services you'd like to offer appointments for.

In this article, you will learn how to create services and configure your staff's available hours to start getting appointment bookings.

Steps to follow:

  1. Create categories: Create as many categories as you want to classify your services and reorder them as needed.

    • Once created, you can also rename and delete them by clicking on the category Actions' button (3 dots).

  2. Create services: Add details for every service, such as description, images, duration, categories, and prices.

    • A service can have multiple categories.

  3. Configure your staff: Add new or configure existing staff. Set their weekly availability times and the services each offer.

    • When you add a staff within appointments for the first time, you will see a list of those you have already created on your main Staff page.

    • Once you configure the staff (add availability times and services offered, those will be listed in your Appointments > Staff tab). You can edit those at any time once configured.

  4. Show or rename your Appointments tab on your website: To do this, go to your Fitune website's Navigation page, and change the Appointments tab status to Visible by tapping on it, and clicking on the pencil icon to edit the tab name.

  • Once you start getting your first appointments in, you'll see a list of upcoming or past ones on your main Appointments page.

  • View each appointment's details and cancel them as needed.

  • Modify your Appointment confirmation and cancellation email templates: Find these email templates here, and edit their subject and body, just make sure you don't edit the variables in the "{{curly_brackets}}."
