🧐 What are trainers in Fitune and how do they benefit you?
Trainers in Fitune refer to the people assigned to lead classes or appointments. While they do not have access to the admin portal unless you want to allow them to do so (More information here), they play a crucial role in giving visibility to your sessions. Highlighting trainers helps attract clients who prefer specific instructors, enhancing client satisfaction and class attendance.
🔹Step-by-Step Guide
Add trainers:
1️⃣ Click on Settings and then choose Staff.
2️⃣ Click on +New Staff
3️⃣ You will be prompted to the Staff Profile page, enter the staff name and save

Add trainers to your classes:
1️⃣ Go to the Calendar and Click on the class you want to add this trainer
2️⃣ Click on the 3 dots next to the class name
3️⃣ Choose New Staff
4️⃣ Look for the trainer you want to add
5️⃣ Click Save.

2️⃣ Click on Appointments
3️⃣ Click on Staff Availability
4️⃣ Create a new Staff or edit an existing Staff member's schedule availability

1️⃣ Does trainer availability affect class scheduling?
No, trainer availability settings do not impact class schedules, this only affects 1:1 appointments, more information on this here.
2️⃣ How do I block a trainer’s schedule for a specific day?
To block a trainer’s schedule, go to Calendar, add an override following the steps on "How to add your trainers availability", once you select the appropriate dates, just delete all times that they are not going to be available (all times if all day has to be blocked). This will prevent any classes or appointments from being booked during that period.
3️⃣ Can trainers see their schedule in Fitune?
Trainers do not have direct access to the admin portal unless granted.
4️⃣ Can I assign multiple trainers to a single class?
No, currently there can only be 1 trainer per class
5️⃣ Does overriding a date cancel pending appointments?
No, appointments already booked are not cancelled even if the date gets overridden after the appointment was booked.
