How to Share a Payment Link

Share the payment link for a pending invoice directly with your client so they can settle their balance online. 

Important: payment links are only available for invoices created by online payments. Offline pending invoices must be updated manually. Learn more: How to Change the Status of an Invoice

Option 1 — From the client's profile

  1. Go to Contacts.
  2. Click on the client's profile.
  3. Click on the Invoices tab.
  4. Click on the invoice marked as Unpaid or Retrying.
  5. Copy the payment link and share it with your client.


Option 2 — From Sales

  1. Go to Sales.
  2. Click on Invoices.
  3. Filter the invoices by Unpaid or Retrying.
  4. Click on the invoice you want to manage.
  5. Copy the payment link and share it with your client.
