Learn the limits and scope of each Fitune setup service: services, schedules, pricing, and website.
Fitune's Setup Services are designed to help studios launch faster when they don't have time to configure the platform themselves.
All setup services are one-time services — we prepare your platform for launch and make sure you can manage everything independently afterward.

Services Configuration
Our team can configure up to 8 services. A service represents a type of activity clients can book in your studio.
Services can include:
Group classes — examples: Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, Strength Training.
Appointment services — examples: Personal Training, Private Pilates, Massage.
If your studio needs additional services, these can easily be created later directly in your Fitune dashboard.
Schedule Configuration
Our team can configure up to 20 recurring schedule slots. A schedule slot represents any recurring availability configured in the platform.
Examples:

Schedule configuration may include group class schedules, instructor availability, staff availability, and room availability.
Schedule Revisions During Onboarding
The setup process includes 1 schedule revision.
This allows you to make adjustments after reviewing your schedule inside the platform. Examples of revisions:
- Updating class times
- Adjusting instructor assignments
- Updating class capacities
- Replacing or removing a class from the schedule
To ensure an efficient setup process, we recommend providing your complete and confirmed schedule before setup begins.
After this revision, additional schedule changes can be made directly from your Fitune dashboard.
Pricing Options Configuration
Our team can configure up to 8 pricing options.
A pricing option represents any purchasable product clients use to access your services. Examples:
- Monthly memberships
- Class packs
- Drop-in pricing
- Introductory offers
- Private session packages
- Limited class memberships (e.g. 8 classes per month)
Pricing options can be grouped into categories to organize your offers. Our team will create the categories needed for the options configured during onboarding.
For accurate setup, provide the following information in writing for each pricing option before configuration begins:
- Pricing option name
- Description (optional)
- Price
- Type: membership (unlimited) or pack
- Billing type: one-time or recurring payment
- Renewal or expiration rules (if applicable)
- Number of sessions or credits (if applicable)
- Services included
If your studio needs additional pricing options after onboarding, these can be created directly in your Fitune dashboard.
Website Configuration
Our team can configure up to 8 website sections.
Typical configuration includes:
- Homepage layout
- Studio information
- Image placement
- Section structure
Most common sections: hero / introduction, about the studio, services or classes, reviews, staff, call to action (Book Now), and useful links.
Assets required:
- Logo in high resolution
- Brand colors (optional)
- Images: we recommend 5–10 high-quality photos of your studio, classes, or instructors
- Website inspiration (optional): share a website you like as a reference
Website revisions:
The service includes up to 3 written revision rounds. Each round may include updating images, adjusting text, reordering sections, or updating studio information. Revision requests should be provided in writing for efficient implementation.
After Setup Is Completed
Once your platform is ready for launch, you can manage all changes directly from your Fitune dashboard:
- Add new services
- Update schedules
- Add instructors
- Adjust pricing options
- Edit your website
Fitune is designed so studios can quickly manage their platform independently, without needing technical support.
