Zoom: Add and Change Your Livestream Link
Learn how to add Zoom links automatically to your classes and how to update them when you need to change the livestream link. This article assumes you already have your Zoom account connected to Fitune.

How to add the link when creating or editing a class from Products
You can add the livestream link directly when creating or editing a class from Products:
- Go to Products → Classes.
- Create a new class or edit an existing one.
- In the schedule settings, select the Online type.
- Add the livestream link in the corresponding field.
- Click Save.
How to add Zoom links automatically from the Calendar
If you connected your Zoom account to Fitune, you can now add links to your activities automatically.
- Go to Calendar.
- Click on the activity you want to add the Zoom link to.
- Click on Add live stream link.
- Choose Zoom Integration.
- If you don't want to repeat the process for each class, select "Apply to this and future occasions" — a link will be generated automatically for all schedules of that activity.
- Click Save.
How to change the livestream link
If you need to update the link for an existing activity:
- Go to Calendar.
- Select the class you want to update.
- Click Add or Edit Livestream Link.
- Paste the new livestream link.
- Click Save.
The new livestream link will be updated for that activity.
If your class uses the Zoom integration, you can also update the meeting link from the Zoom integration tab within the class settings.
