🧐 What are Personalized Items, and how do they benefit you?
Personalized Items is a feature in Fitune that allows you to offer physical, usually branded products as part of your studio or gym experience. This feature is typically used to sell additional items like water bottles, towels, T-shirts, or any other merchandise that carries your studio’s branding.
These items can be added to a customer’s cart using our new Point of Sale feature, giving you the opportunity to generate additional revenue while enhancing your brand visibility.
🔹Step-by-Step Guide
1️⃣ Go to the Point of Sale section
Open the system and go to the Point of Sale section. This is where you can manage the products you want to offer.
The Point of Sale will ask you to add a client in order to proceed. You can select any client since we won’t be completing a purchase. Once you're done, you can simply remove the items from the cart.
2️⃣ Select or create a personalized item
This item can be a water bottle, a T-shirt with your gym’s logo, a towel, or any other product you want to sell to your clients.
3️⃣ Set a price for the item
Define the price of the item. For example, you can set the towel to cost $5.
Currently, we do not have an inventory feature. This means that personalized items are not tied to stock control.
4️⃣ Add the item to the cart
Once the price is set, click Add to Cart. This will save the item and have it ready for checkout.
5️⃣ Select a client and complete the sale
When you're ready to make the actual sale, select the correct client. The item will appear just like any other service or membership, ready to be processed.

1️⃣ Can I track inventory or stock levels for personalized items?
No, this feature is not currently available.
2️⃣ Will the personalized item appear in reports or sales history?
No, we currently do not have reporting available for them.
3️⃣ Can I assign different prices for the same item depending on the client?
You can create the same item with different names and prices to use them as needed—for example, if you want to set a different price depending on the client's membership. You can also simply edit the item's price after adding it to the cart if you prefer to do it that way.
4️⃣ Is it possible to add a custom description or note when selling the item?
Currently, it's not possible to add notes—only to change the seller.
5️⃣ Do I have to recreate the item every time I want to sell it?
No, once you create it, it’s saved for future use.
6️⃣ Can I sell these items as part of a membership or package?
Since these items can only be bought/sold from the admin page, you can offer them to clients as part of a membership and add them manually at the time of purchase or afterward with a cost of $0.
