When setting up your studio, our team configures your initial schedule based on the information provided during onboarding.

Because schedules can sometimes change while preparing for launch, the setup process includes a limited number of revisions.


Schedule Revision Included

The Services Setup service includes:

1 schedule revision

This allows you to make adjustments after reviewing your schedule inside the platform.

Examples of schedule revisions may include:

  • Updating class times

  • Adjusting instructor assignments

  • Updating class capacities

  • Replacing or removing a class from the schedule

This revision helps ensure your schedule is finalized before launch.


Providing Your Schedule

To ensure an efficient setup process, we recommend providing your complete and confirmed schedule before the setup begins.

Schedules should ideally include:

  • Class or service name

  • Day and time

  • Duration

  • Instructor or staff member

  • Capacity (if applicable)

Providing accurate information upfront helps avoid unnecessary revisions and ensures a faster launch.


Additional Schedule Changes

After the revision has been completed, additional schedule updates can be managed directly from your Fitune dashboard.

Fitune is designed so studios can easily:

  • Add new classes

  • Update class times

  • Adjust instructor assignments

  • Modify availability for appointment services

These changes can be made at any time without requiring assistance from the onboarding team.
