Fitune includes guided onboarding calls to help you set up your studio and launch successfully.

These sessions are designed to guide you through the platform, answer questions, and ensure your setup is ready for launch.


Call Duration

Each onboarding call lasts 45 minutes.

This allows enough time to review your setup, answer questions, and walk through key parts of the platform.

The number of onboarding calls included depends on your Fitune plan.

  • Answering configuration questions

  • Troubleshooting setup issues

  • Preparing your platform for launch

Our goal during these sessions is to ensure you feel confident managing your Fitune dashboard independently.


What Onboarding Calls Are Not For

Onboarding calls are not intended for our team to fully configure the platform live during the call.

Instead, the sessions focus on guidance, best practices, and reviewing your setup so you can easily manage your business moving forward.

If setup assistance is included in your onboarding scope, our team may complete certain configuration tasks outside of the call.


How to Prepare for Your Call

To make the most of your onboarding session, we recommend:

  • Completing the requested setup steps beforehand

  • Preparing any questions you have about configuration

  • Sharing schedule or pricing updates in advance

  • Ensuring you have access to your Fitune dashboard during the call

This helps us use the time efficiently and focus on the areas where you need the most support.


After Your Onboarding Calls

Once onboarding is complete, you can continue managing your studio through your Fitune dashboard.

You will be able to:

  • Update schedules

  • Manage clients and bookings
