Search and Filter Clients

Find any client quickly by name or email, or filter your full list by segment or contact category.

Filter by segment

Go to Contacts → My Contacts and click Filter to choose a segment, or enter the client's name or email directly in the search bar.

 

Available segments:

  • Invited — Someone you have invited via email but hasn't made a purchase yet.

  • Lead — Someone who created an account on your website, but hasn't made a purchase yet and doesn't have scheduled plans either.

  • Pay as you go (PAYGO) — A client who has made a PAYGO purchase.

  • Trialing subscriber — A client who signed up for a subscription and is currently on its trial period. Applies to unlimited memberships or pack subscriptions.

  • Active subscriber — A client who has an active subscription. Applies to unlimited memberships or pack subscriptions.

  • Active one-time plan — A client with an active one-time payment pack.

  • Overdue subscriber — A client who has a subscription with a retrying invoice status. This segment is only assigned to a client who has paid with a card online.

  • Scheduled subscriber — A client to whom you have scheduled a subscription on a future date. Applies to subscriptions with or without trial days.

  • Scheduled one-time plan — A client to whom you have scheduled a one-time payment pack on a future date.

  • Scheduled cancellation — A client who has a cancellation scheduled on a future date. They will still have access to what's included in the plan until the cancellation date arrives.

  • Unpaid subscriber — A client who has one or more unpaid subscription invoices. This segment is only assigned to clients with an offline payment method. Plans managed with a card online will move from Overdue Subscriber to Ex-subscriber once all payment attempts are exhausted.

  • Unpaid one-time plan — A client who has one or more unpaid one-time payment pack invoices.

  • Ex-subscriber — A client who has canceled a subscription and no longer has access to what's included. This also applies to clients who canceled during the free trial period.

  • Ex-one-time plan — A client whose one-time payment pack credits have run out or whose pack's end date has passed.


Filter by contact category

 

You can also filter your contacts by the following categories:

All — The total list of all your contacts.

Clients — Every contact that has made at least one purchase. Divided into:

  • All: every contact that has made a purchase.
  • Active subscribers: contacts with an active subscription.
  • 1x purchases: contacts with an active one-time purchase.
  • Lost: clients who canceled their subscription or whose one-time purchase expired with no further purchases.

  

Leads — Contacts who have only created an account but have not made a purchase. Divided into:

  • All: every contact who has never made a purchase (Invited and Lead).
  • New: every lead who has signed up in the last 30 days.
  • Trial Period: a lead doing a trial, committed to converting to a subscriber unless canceled before.
