Add trainers to your schedule

Add trainers:


1. Click on Settings and then choose Staff.

2. Click on +New Staff

3. You will be prompted to the Staff Profile page, enter the staff name and save

Optional: You can also give them their own staff access by clicking the Permissions tab more info here: How to give access to your team

Add trainers to your classes:

1. Go to the Calendar and Click on the class you want to add this trainer

2. Click on the 3 dots next to the class name

3. Choose New Staff

5. Look for the trainer you want to add
6. Click Save.
