You can have the provider's website saved as an app for quick access since, as a web app, it's fully optimized for mobile use.
The steps may vary a little depending on the browser you're using, but it is usually like this:
For Android
1. Once you are on the website you want to have as an app, find the option that says Add to the home screen.
2. You can name the shortcut, which is cool because you can put the business name. Now click on Add and then Add automatically.
For iPhone (iOS - Safari)
Visit the website from your preferred browser. In this example, we're using Safari.
Once there, from the bottom bar, click the little arrow
Scroll down until you see the option "Add to Home Screen"
You're all set!
