Fitune Pay after migrating from Stripe: where to find your payments and history
Understand why your payments show up somewhere new, and how to find your previous history.
If your studio migrated from Stripe to Fitune Pay, you may notice your recent payments aren't showing up where you used to see them, your payouts stopped arriving as expected, or something looks off with your taxes that were previously set up in Fitune. This is normal — here's what changes and where to find everything.
Your account doesn't change; it just gets a new profile
Migrating to Fitune Pay doesn't require creating a new Stripe account or using a different email. You still log in with the same user as always — what changes is that your account now has two profiles: the previous one and the Fitune Pay one.
- In your Stripe Dashboard, click the small arrow next to your organization's name, in the top left corner.
- You'll see two options: the one labeled "my.fitune" (your previous profile) and the one with your business name (your Fitune Pay profile).
- Select the Fitune Pay profile to see your payments and subscriptions from your migration date onward.
If you use the Stripe mobile app (Stripe Dashboard), check that you're viewing the correct profile there too — it's the same change, just from your phone.
Your previous history doesn't move over automatically
From your migration date onward, your Fitune Pay profile works like a brand-new account: it only shows your active subscriptions and payments made after the switch. Payments and history from before your migration still exist, but remain visible only in your previous profile.
You haven't lost your money or your history. It just lives in two different places: what came before, in your previous profile; what's happening now, in Fitune Pay.
Confirm your payout schedule
How often you receive your deposits doesn't carry over automatically to your new profile. If your previous account had deposits set every 2 or 3 business days, for example, confirm that setting again in Fitune Pay to make sure it's still what you want. You can see the available frequencies in the Fitune Pay Fees: Mexico article.
If you notice a difference in your taxes
Some studios have reported that, after migrating, part of their payments don't reflect the tax they have configured, even though it's the same membership and the same rate. Our team is currently reviewing this behavior.
If you see this in your account — for example, two charges for the same membership where one includes your tax and the other doesn't — let us know through the support chat with the details of the affected invoices, so we can investigate it with you. This isn't something you need to fix yourself.
If something doesn't add up
If after a few hours your recent payments still aren't showing up in your Fitune Pay profile, or you notice something different from what you expected, contact us through the support chat so we can look into it with you.
