How to Set Up Your Branded Studio Website on Fitune

Get your studio's website ready to convert visitors into members — and score well on the Attract pillar of your Fitune Health Score.

This counts toward the Attract pillar of your Fitune Health Score. A well-set-up website is your studio's front door — it's what turns someone who's never heard of you into someone who books a class. This article covers the 11 points your Health Score checks on your site.

Before you start

You access the site editor under Website and App > Design, in the left-hand menu.

Fitune has a new Website Builder — with six ready-made templates (Soft Coral, Strong Wellness, Good Energy, Modern Vibe, Calm Forest, Modern Dark), drag-and-drop sections and blocks, and practically no design limits. You can preview a template before choosing it, or build from scratch. If your site was built before this update, it won't migrate automatically: the sections need to be rebuilt in the new editor. See the full walkthrough of the builder's templates, sections and blocks here.

If you'd rather not build it yourself, Fitune's team offers an assisted setup service

We configure your homepage content, images and brand styling, plus your classes, memberships and schedules, and typically deliver it within about a week of getting your info. Read more about the assisted setup service here.

The 11 points your Health Score checks on your website

1. Site is live and publicly reachable
Once your sections are built, publish the site from the editor itself. A site left as a draft, even a well-built one, doesn't count — it needs to be live and reachable by anyone.

2. Book Now above the fold, on every page (suggestion — confirm)
The booking button needs to show as soon as the page loads, without scrolling, and on every page of the site — not just the homepage. Which pages show which tabs, and what each tab is called, is managed from the Navigation section, where you can rename a tab or toggle it active/inactive; changes save automatically and update live on your site. See how to rename, show or hide tabs here. Still needs confirming: does the booking button itself come fixed in the header on every template, or is it something the studio has to add manually on each page?

3. Prices visible without clicking
Use the built-in Pricing section to show your plans and packages right on the homepage, without hiding them behind a click or a link to another page.

4. Intro offer visible with a price (suggestion — confirm)
If you have a first-class offer or a trial period, highlight it with the price alongside — this can live inside the Pricing section or in an Announcement bar at the top of the site. Needs confirming: is there a dedicated block for an "intro offer," or does the studio use the Announcement bar / Pricing section for this?

5. Classes explained
Use the built-in Services section to list your class types with a clear description of each — visitors need to understand what they're signing up for before they book.

6. Real photos of the real space
Use the image or image banner blocks to show real photos of your studio — avoid using the free stock photos from the built-in library (Unsplash) on your final live site; they're useful as a placeholder while you don't have real photos yet.

7. About or instructors section
Build a section with the Content block (text) + an image, telling your studio's story or introducing your instructors. Ready-made templates for an "About" page don't exist yet — for now this section is built manually on the homepage.

8. Address, map and opening hours
Use the Map block to show your location, and add your opening hours nearby as a text block.

9. Social proof on the page
Use the built-in Testimonials section to show reviews from real clients.

10. Fast and stable on a phone
Before publishing, use the editor's responsive views (desktop, tablet, mobile) to check how each section looks on a phone. Heavy sections, like video banners, can slow down load time — worth testing.

11. Favicon set to the studio's own mark
I couldn't find an existing article explaining where the favicon is set, and I don't want to invent the exact screen. Do you know if this lives in the site's general settings, or somewhere else in the admin?

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the new builder replace the previous editor?
Yes, it's a complete replacement, with many more templates and features.

Will my current site update automatically to the new builder?
No. Existing sites don't migrate automatically — you'll need to rebuild your sections in the new editor.

Can I reuse photos and videos I've already uploaded?
Yes, everything you upload is saved in your asset library, for use in any section.

Are free photos available?
Yes, you can search for free photos directly in the image picker via Unsplash — but for the real space photo (checklist point 6), use one of your own.
