How Do I Manage Payments for My Membership?

You can now manage your membership payments directly from your account. If you have an unpaid invoice, a failed membership payment, or need to update the card associated with your membership, you can do it yourself without contacting the studio.

Any new card added to your membership can be used for future renewals, helping prevent payment interruptions and keeping your membership active.

⚙️ Pay an Offline Invoice

If your studio created an invoice using an offline payment method, you may still be able to complete the payment online using a credit or debit card.

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to My Profile.

  3. Locate the unpaid invoice.

  4. Click Pay Invoice.

  5. Add a credit or debit card if needed.

  6. Complete the payment.

⚙️ Retry a Failed Membership Payment

If a recurring payment fails, the invoice may appear with a Retrying status.

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to My Profile.

  3. Locate the invoice with the Retrying status.

  4. Click Retry Payment.

  5. Complete the payment using your saved card or add a new one.

⚙️ Update Your Membership Payment Method

If your card has expired, been replaced, or you would like to use a different payment method, you can update the card associated with your membership.

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to My Profile.

  3. Open the Memberships section.

  4. Select the membership you want to update.

  5. Open the membership options menu.

  6. Select Edit Membership.

  7. Add a new card or select an existing card.

  8. Click Update Membership to save your changes.

Can I pay an invoice that was originally created as an offline payment?

Yes. Eligible offline invoices can now be paid online using a credit or debit card.

What happens when I add a new card?

The new card can be associated with your membership and used for future renewals.

Why is my invoice showing "Retrying"?

This usually means a previous payment attempt was unsuccessful and the payment can be retried.

Will updating my payment method affect my membership?

No. Your membership will remain active and future charges will use the updated payment method.

If a payment fails because your card has expired or changed, update your payment method before retrying the payment to help ensure future renewals are processed successfully.
