Client Information

  • Name - Client name.

Recent Activity

  • Last Booking Date - Date of the client's most recent booking.

  • Days Since Last Booking - Number of days since the last booking.

  • Risk Level - Classification based on recent booking activity.

  • Last Attendance Date - Date of the most recent attendance.

  • Next Booking Date - Date of the next scheduled booking.

Lifetime Metrics

  • Total Bookings - Total bookings made by the client.

  • Attendances - Total attendances recorded.

  • Cancellations - Total cancellations recorded.

  • No-Shows - Total no-shows recorded.

  • Attendance Rate - Percentage of bookings that resulted in attendance.

  • Cancellation Rate - Percentage of bookings that were canceled.

Risk Levels

  • Active - Last booking within the past 14 days.

  • Warming - Last booking between 15 and 30 days ago.

  • At Risk - Last booking between 31 and 60 days ago.

  • Inactive - Last booking more than 60 days ago.
