How it works
The first-time client indicator appears when a client meets both of these conditions at the same time:
- Has at least one booking.
- Has not completed their first attendance (check-in) yet.
The indicator disappears automatically once the client completes their first attendance.
Applies to all service types: group classes, events, and appointments.
Where can I see the first-time client indicator?
Contacts Table
In the Contacts table you can quickly identify clients who are visiting your studio for the first time. The table also includes:
- Bookings — Total number of bookings made by the client.
- Attendances — Total number of bookings marked as attended.
These values help you understand client activity and identify your most engaged clients.
Contact Overview
In Contacts → Details → General Details, you can view:
- First booking date — Date when the client made their first booking for any service type.
- First attendance date — Date when the client completed their first check-in for any service type.
These fields are automatically updated based on the client's booking and attendance history.
Schedule Overview
In the booked clients section of any class or appointment you can view:
- The first-time client indicator.
- The client's total attendance count.
This helps your team recognize new clients and provide a more personalized experience during their first visit.
