Clients & Users
- Client – A person who books classes, appointments, or purchases services through your Fitune platform.
- Admin – The business owner or team member managing the account from the dashboard.
- Staff / Trainer – A team member assigned to classes, appointments, or services.
Services & Offerings
- Service – Any offering your business provides through Fitune, including classes, appointments, courses, or video content.
- Class – A group activity scheduled at a specific time that multiple clients can book.
- Appointment (1:1 Service) – A personalized class or one-on-one session between a client and a staff member.
- Schedule – The calendar where your classes, appointments, and availability are displayed.
Bookings & Availability
- Booking – A reservation made by a client for a class, appointment, or service.
- Booking Window – The time period in which clients are allowed to book a class or service.
- Waiting List – A queue that allows clients to join a class when spots become available.
Pricing & Payments
- Membership – A pricing structure where you can group and offer packs or recurring access to your services.
- Pack (Class Pack) – A bundle of credits that clients can use to book classes or services.
- Drop-in – A one-time purchase for a single class or service.
- Stripe – The payment provider used to process online transactions.
Sales & Products
- Point of Sale (POS) – A tool that allows you to sell physical items such as branded products or merchandise directly to your clients.
Online & Digital Content
- Video On-Demand (VOD) – Pre-recorded content that clients can access anytime.
- Course – A structured program made up of multiple lessons or classes.
Website & Access
- Biolink – A shareable link that gives access to your Fitune website and offerings.
- Custom Domain – A personalized website URL for your business.
Settings & Policies
- Cancellation Policy – Rules that define when and how clients can cancel bookings.
- Liability Waiver – A document that clients must accept before participating in activities.
Analytics & Tools
- Dashboard – The main control panel where you manage your business.
- Reports – Analytics that help you track performance, revenue, and bookings.
