How does the migration work?
Fitune can help you migrate your client information from your current system. Our team works with you to transfer your active clients and set up everything they need to continue using their plans in Fitune.
The process varies depending on your previous system and current payment processor.
What information is migrated?
Only the essential information from your active clients is transferred:

- First and last name
- Email address
- Active memberships or packages
- Remaining credits or classes
- Expiration date
📌 All clients must have a valid email address to be migrated successfully.

1. If you were using Stripe as your payment processor
We will need:

- Admin access to your previous platform.
- Your Stripe account connected to Fitune.

2. If you were using a different payment processor
You will need to:

- Create and connect a Stripe account to Fitune.
- Provide admin access to your previous platform.
- Provide admin access to your current payment processor.

The migration focuses first on clients with active memberships or packages. The rest of your client list can be invited to the new platform afterward.
▶ Does the migration service have a cost?
For Fitune Plus or Ultra plan users, the service is included at no extra cost. For other plans, you can check the price on our Setup Services page.
